One of early terrace house projects that started to develop in Auckland in the early 1990's, these 25 units attempt to create a sense of scale, cohesiveness and community. A variety of unit types are laid out to create three courtyards. Chimneys, decks, pergolas and plaster recesses are used to modulate the building envelope. |
