This is a large renovation to a historical villa, home of artist Charles Bloomfield, well known for his Pink and White Terraces renders.

This commission required significant additions, that would not detract from the original home and later alterations. A basement was added, kitchen lean-to heightened and made more sympathetic, an upper floor study, double garage and new entry were required. Significant landscaping incorporating a pool, terracing, lawn, courtyards and additional parking were added.

Ultra modern bathrooms and simple interior colours, help refine this historical villa. Basalt walls and waterfall terrace to pool, subtly reference the famous former owner.
